The Case Management Society of America (CMSA) is a nationally recognized innovative 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization which serves as the largest collaborative case management professional association in the United States. We embrace care management professionals from a variety of disciplines, practice settings skill levels, and professional capacities, including: Case Managers, Care Managers, Nurses Social Workers, Rehab Specialists, Physicians, Health Coaches,  Pharmacists,  Students in CM programs, Corporations, and Other partners supporting the case management industry.

EDUCATING OUR MEMBERS Annual National Conference This annual gathering allows case managers and allied health care professionals to come away empowered with knowledge and information to help them put industry events in perspective.

Case Management Adherence Guidelines CMSA’s CMAG is a one-of-a-kind tool developed to incorporate adherence into regular case management workflow. As case managers constantly handle changes in care settings for their patients they face challenges every day in assuring that these transitions take place smoothly, successfully and safely. The National Transition of care Coalition (NTOCC) provides tools and information to help case managers achieve this goal. NTOCC has gathered resources that meet seven criteria proven to be part of any successful transition program. CMSA Atlanta has had two CMAG’s presentations at chapter meetings: COPD and Diabetes. Discounts on chapter educational conferences: In 2014 the Atlanta chapter is sponsoring two educational conferences. On March 1st a half day conference will be held at Shepherd Center 2020 Peachtree Road Atlanta, GA. (4 CEUs will be applied for.)   In September we will sponsor our full day conference at Pruitt Health, 1626 Jeurgens Court, Norcross, GA  30093 (6 CEUs will be applied for).
